1. Platform Disclaimer
- ITIJobSearch.com is an informational recruitment marketplace utility connecting vocational candidates (ITI, Diploma, NCVT, SCVT qualifications) with industrial recruiters.
- We are not an employer, labor contractor, staffing agency, or recruiter representative. We do not hire candidates directly, nor do we act as an agent for any employer.
- We do not guarantee job placements, candidate availability, credential accuracy, interview opportunities, hiring outcomes, or that recruiters will respond to application submissions.
- ITIJobSearch acts solely as a technology platform that facilitates connections between candidates and employers. ITIJobSearch is not a party to any employment agreement, interview process, compensation negotiation, or hiring decision made between users.
2. Candidate Rules & Code of Conduct
To maintain marketplace safety and candidate credibility, all job seekers must abide by the following rules:
- No Forged Certificates: Uploading altered, fake, or stolen NCVT/SCVT trade qualification certificates constitutes fraud and may result in account suspension pending review and possible permanent account termination.
- No Fake Profiles: Profiles must represent the actual user. Impersonating another technician or providing falsified experience details is strictly prohibited.
- Professional Behavior: Communication with employers on the platform or through any contact channel obtained via the platform must remain professional, respectful, and free of abuse, harassment, or unlawful conduct.
3. Employer Rules & Code of Conduct
To safeguard vocational candidates, recruiters and employers must adhere to the following rules:
- Strict Zero-Fee Policy: Employers must comply with all applicable laws and must not demand placement fees, recruitment fees, security deposits, training fees, documentation fees, uniform charges, or any other payment from candidates as a condition of employment.
- No Fake Postings: Job postings must represent genuine employment opportunities. Misleading, promotional, duplicate, or fraudulent vacancies are prohibited.
- Employment Law Compliance: Employers are responsible for ensuring that compensation, working conditions, and employment practices comply with applicable labour laws and regulations.
- Non-Discrimination: Job opportunities must not unlawfully discriminate against applicants in violation of applicable laws.
4. User Content & Accuracy
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of any information, resumes, certificates, company details, job postings, or communications submitted through the platform.
ITIJobSearch does not independently verify all content submitted by users and is not responsible for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations made by candidates or employers.
5. Account Suspension & Enforcement
ITIJobSearch reserves the right to suspend, restrict, investigate, or terminate accounts that violate platform policies, applicable laws, or the rights of other users, including but not limited to the following situations:
- Verified evidence that an employer demanded prohibited fees or payments from candidates.
- Submission of fraudulent certificates, forged documents, or impersonation of another individual.
- Spam activity, manipulation of platform features, duplicate job postings, or other abusive conduct.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ITIJobSearch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform, including employment decisions, hiring outcomes, candidate conduct, employer conduct, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or service interruptions.
7. Changes to Terms
ITIJobSearch may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
