Employer Verification Policy
Effective Date: June 18, 2026
To improve platform trust and candidate safety, employers are encouraged to complete company verification. Verified employers receive trust badges and enhanced platform privileges. ITIJobSearch may require verification before granting access to certain recruiter features.
1. Employer Verification Methods
Employers can verify their accounts and receive the Verification Badge by satisfying any two of the following six credentials:
- GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number) copy
- Udyam MSME Registration Certificate copy
- Shop & Establishment License copy
- Factory License copy (under Factories Act, 1948)
- MCA Company Registration Certificate (CIN)
- Active Corporate Domain Email Address (may be used as a supporting verification factor)
ITIJobSearch reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation where verification cannot be reasonably completed using the submitted information.
2. 12-Month Verification Validity & Expiry Workflow
Employer verification may be periodically reviewed and renewed to ensure records remain current and accurate. To keep our trust ecosystem credible, the system follows this workflow upon expiry:
- Reminder Alerts: ITIJobSearch may send reminder notifications before verification renewal becomes due.
- Status Downgrade: Upon reaching the 12-month expiry mark, the verification status reverts to "Renewal Required" and the employer badge changes to a Red "Renewal Required" warning.
- Renewal Re-submission: Employers can re-submit updated business documentation through their profile settings at any time to restore full active verification status.
3. Administrative SLA Timeline
Once document details are uploaded, the submission is entered into our admin moderation queue. Verification requests are reviewed within a reasonable operational timeframe based on submission volume and document completeness.
4. Verification Badge Revocation
ITIJobSearch reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or re-evaluate verification status if submitted information is inaccurate, expired, misleading, incomplete, or inconsistent with the represented business entity.
5. Verification Disclaimer
Employer verification indicates that certain business information has been reviewed by ITIJobSearch based on the documents and information available at the time of review. Verification does not constitute a legal endorsement, financial guarantee, employment guarantee, or certification of future conduct by any employer. Candidates should independently evaluate employment opportunities before accepting offers.
6. Misrepresentation & Abuse
Submission of forged documents, false company information, impersonation, or attempts to manipulate verification status may result in account suspension, permanent removal from the platform, and additional actions where permitted by applicable law.
7. Verification Badge Levels
- Basic: IRegistered employer account.
- Silver: Verified employer with approved business credentials.
- Gold: Verified employer with an active paid subscription.
- Platinum: Verified employer with an active premium subscription and good platform standing.
