This Cancellation Policy explains how employers, organizations, and other users may cancel services, subscriptions, or paid plans offered through ITIJobSearch.com (“Platform”).
This policy should be read together with the Refund Policy available on the Platform.
1. Cancellation of Services
Users may request cancellation of eligible services, subscriptions, or recurring plans associated with their account.
Cancellation requests may be submitted through available account controls or by contacting the Platform through official support channels.
2. Effect of Cancellation
Upon successful cancellation:
- Future recurring renewals, if applicable, will be stopped.
- Access to paid features may continue until the end of the active billing period, unless otherwise specified.
- Existing platform records, applications, postings, and historical activity may be retained in accordance with platform policies and applicable legal requirements.
- Cancellation of a service, subscription, or plan does not automatically entitle a user to a refund. Any refund request will be reviewed strictly in accordance with the Refund Policy.
Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund.
3. Employer Subscription Cancellation
Employers who have subscribed to premium or paid recruitment services may request cancellation at any time.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not affect services already delivered during the active subscription period.
4. Job Posting & Recruitment Services
Cancellation of a job posting, recruitment campaign, employer subscription, or related service does not guarantee removal of historical records already generated through the Platform, including:
- Applications received
- Recruitment activity logs
- Interview records
- Analytics records
- Compliance records
Such records may be retained for operational, reporting, security, audit, or legal purposes.
5. Candidate Accounts
Candidates may discontinue use of the Platform at any time.
Account-related requests, including profile deactivation or account deletion requests, may be submitted through available support channels and will be processed in accordance with applicable policies and legal obligations.
6. Refund Eligibility
Cancellation and refunds are separate processes.
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically create eligibility for a refund.
All refund requests shall be governed exclusively by the Platform’s Refund Policy.
Where appropriate, ITIJobSearch may provide service credits, subscription extensions, additional platform usage allowances, or other reasonable remedies instead of monetary refunds.
In the event of any conflict between this Cancellation Policy and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy shall govern refund eligibility and payment-related decisions.
7. Platform Rights
ITIJobSearch reserves the right to suspend, restrict, cancel, or terminate services where necessary to:
- Prevent fraud
- Protect candidates
- Protect employers
- Enforce platform policies
- Maintain platform security
- Comply with legal obligations
Such actions may be taken without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
8. Changes to this Policy
ITIJobSearch may update this Cancellation Policy periodically to reflect operational, technical, business, or legal changes.
The latest version published on the Platform shall supersede previous versions.
