These Employer Terms of Service govern the registration, job posting, candidate access, profile verification, and recruitment activities conducted through ITIJobSearch.com (“Platform”).

By creating an employer account or using any employer services on the Platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Employer Eligibility

Employer accounts may only be created by:

  • Registered companies
  • Manufacturing units
  • Industrial establishments
  • Apprenticeship providers
  • Contractors hiring for legitimate industrial requirements
  • Authorized recruitment representatives acting on behalf of an employer

The Platform reserves the right to request additional information or supporting documentation to verify employer identity.

2. Employer Profile Accuracy

Employers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted on the Platform is accurate and up to date, including:

  • Company name
  • Factory or establishment details
  • Contact information
  • Industrial location
  • Verification documents
  • Job descriptions

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in account suspension or removal.

3. Employer Verification

ITIJobSearch may provide employer verification indicators based on information submitted by employers.

Verification indicators are intended to improve marketplace trust and do not constitute a government certification, legal endorsement, or guarantee of business legitimacy.

The Platform reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or revoke verification status at its discretion.

4. Job Posting Requirements

Employers may only post genuine employment, apprenticeship, trainee, or technician opportunities.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Fake vacancies
  • Misleading job descriptions
  • Duplicate job postings
  • Pyramid schemes or MLM opportunities
  • Data collection without hiring intent
  • Jobs requiring candidates to pay money
  • Jobs that violate applicable laws

Employers remain solely responsible for all job content published through the Platform.

5. Salary & Compensation Compliance

Employers are responsible for ensuring that all compensation, wages, stipends, benefits, and apprenticeship payments comply with applicable laws, regulations, apprenticeship guidelines, and minimum wage requirements.

ITIJobSearch may perform automated compliance checks and moderation reviews but does not assume responsibility for employer compensation decisions.

6. Candidate Contact Information

Candidate information made available through the Platform may only be used for legitimate recruitment activities.

Employers shall not:

  • Sell candidate data
  • Share candidate information with unauthorized third parties
  • Use candidate information for marketing unrelated to recruitment
  • Contact candidates for non-employment purposes

Violation may result in immediate suspension of platform access.

7. Recruitment Conduct Standards

Employers must conduct recruitment activities professionally and ethically.

Employers shall not:

  • Demand registration fees
  • Demand security deposits
  • Demand training fees
  • Demand documentation fees
  • Demand placement fees
  • Demand payments in exchange for interviews or employment

Any verified complaint involving candidate fee collection may result in immediate account suspension.

8. Interviews & Hiring Activities

Employers are responsible for:

  • Scheduling interviews accurately
  • Communicating recruitment decisions honestly
  • Updating candidate statuses appropriately
  • Confirming hiring outcomes truthfully

The Platform may use recruitment activity data for analytics, reporting, trust calculations, and marketplace performance metrics.

9. Platform Limitations

ITIJobSearch provides technology tools that facilitate recruitment activities.

The Platform:

  • Does not employ candidates
  • Does not guarantee interviews
  • Does not guarantee candidate responses
  • Does not guarantee successful hiring
  • Does not guarantee placement outcomes

Final employment decisions remain solely between employers and candidates.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

ITIJobSearch reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Fake job postings
  • Candidate fee collection
  • Identity misrepresentation
  • Abuse of candidate data
  • Platform misuse
  • Repeated policy violations

The Platform’s decision regarding account access shall be final.

11. Limitation of Liability

ITIJobSearch shall not be liable for:

  • Hiring decisions
  • Employment disputes
  • Candidate conduct
  • Employer conduct
  • Salary disputes
  • Apprenticeship disputes
  • Business losses arising from recruitment activities

Users are responsible for conducting their own verification and due diligence.

12. Updates to Terms

ITIJobSearch may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in platform functionality, legal requirements, or operational processes.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
