These Candidate Terms of Service govern the registration, profile creation, job applications, apprenticeship applications, interview participation, and use of candidate services available through ITIJobSearch.com (“Platform”).

By creating an account or using candidate services on the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Candidate Eligibility

Candidate accounts are intended for:

  • ITI graduates
  • NCVT certified candidates
  • SCVT certified candidates
  • Apprenticeship seekers
  • Vocational trainees
  • Skilled technicians
  • Industrial job seekers

You must provide accurate information during registration and profile creation.

2. Profile Accuracy & Authenticity

Candidates are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted on the Platform is accurate and current, including:

  • Name
  • Mobile number
  • Email address
  • Trade specialization
  • Work experience
  • Preferred location
  • Resume
  • NCVT/SCVT certificate
  • Employment history

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in profile suspension or account termination.

3. Candidate Verification

ITIJobSearch may display profile verification indicators based on information submitted by candidates.

Verification indicators are intended to improve marketplace trust and do not constitute government certification, employment approval, or a guarantee of job eligibility.

The Platform reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or revoke verification status at its discretion.

4. DPDP Consent & Profile Visibility

ITIJobSearch operates in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

Candidates control whether their profile information may be visible to verified employers through the Platform.

By enabling profile visibility and granting consent:

  • Employers may view approved profile information.
  • Employers may access information permitted by platform settings.
  • Candidates may revoke consent at any time through available platform controls.

Revoking consent may limit employer access to profile information and recruitment opportunities.

5. Resume & Certificate Responsibility

Candidates remain solely responsible for:

  • Resume content
  • Trade certifications
  • Experience claims
  • Skill claims
  • Salary expectations
  • Employment information

The Platform does not independently validate every statement made by candidates.

Employers are responsible for conducting their own recruitment evaluations and hiring decisions.

6. Job Applications & Apprenticeship Applications

Candidates may apply for jobs and apprenticeship opportunities published on the Platform.

Submitting an application does not guarantee:

  • Shortlisting
  • Interview calls
  • Apprenticeship selection
  • Job offers
  • Employment

Final selection decisions remain solely with employers.

7. Interview Participation

Candidates are expected to:

  • Respond accurately to interview requests
  • Attend scheduled interviews where possible
  • Provide truthful information during recruitment processes
  • Update participation status honestly

Repeated misuse of interview scheduling features may result in account restrictions.

8. Placement Tracking & Recruitment Analytics

The Platform may maintain records relating to:

  • Applications submitted
  • Interview scheduling
  • Candidate shortlisting
  • Hiring outcomes
  • Placement confirmations

This information may be used to improve platform services, trust systems, analytics, employer reporting, and recruitment performance measurements.

No personally sensitive information will be disclosed beyond platform permissions and applicable privacy controls.

9. Candidate Conduct Standards

Candidates shall not:

  • Create duplicate accounts
  • Impersonate another person
  • Submit forged documents
  • Misrepresent qualifications
  • Abuse employers
  • Use the Platform for unlawful activities

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

10. Zero Fee Policy

ITIJobSearch does not charge candidates for:

  • Registration
  • Profile creation
  • Job applications
  • Apprenticeship applications

Candidates should never pay money to any individual claiming to guarantee:

  • Employment
  • Interviews
  • Apprenticeships
  • Placement

If any employer or third party requests money in connection with recruitment activities, candidates should report the matter immediately through available grievance or support channels.

11. Platform Limitations

ITIJobSearch is a technology platform that connects candidates and employers.

The Platform:

  • Does not employ candidates
  • Does not guarantee interviews
  • Does not guarantee job offers
  • Does not guarantee apprenticeships
  • Does not guarantee placements
  • Does not guarantee salary levels
  • Does not guarantee career outcomes

Employment decisions remain solely between employers and candidates.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Fake profiles
  • Misrepresentation
  • Document forgery
  • Platform abuse
  • Policy violations

Such decisions may be made without prior notice where necessary to protect platform integrity.

13. Updates to Terms

ITIJobSearch may update these Terms from time to time to reflect platform enhancements, operational requirements, or legal obligations.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
