Direct Benefit Transfer DBT Stipend Process for NAPS

MSDE has announced updated guidelines for the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) of stipend shares to NAPS apprentices. Under the revised framework, the government’s share (25% up to Rs. 1,500) will be credited directly to the apprentice’s Aadhaar-seeded bank account. Employers must verify monthly attendance logs before processing their respective shares.
