Fraud Reporting & Zero-Fee Placement Policy
Effective Date: June 18, 2026
1. Candidate Protection: Absolute Zero-Fee Policy
ITIJobSearch.com does not permit employers, recruiters, or placement agencies to demand money from candidates in exchange for job opportunities advertised on the platform. Candidates should immediately report any request for placement fees, registration charges, training fees, security deposits, documentation charges, or other employment-related payments.
2. Fraud Investigation & Enforcement Process
If a recruiter or employer demands money from a candidate at any stage, the candidate must report it immediately using the "Report Fraud" button available on job listing pages and messages.
Upon report submission, the following compliance resolution protocol is triggered:
- Ticket Logging: A complaint is immediately generated in our Complaints Desk admin database.
- Recruiter Warning Email: The complaint is reviewed by the ITIJobSearch compliance team. Where necessary, the employer may be contacted to provide supporting information or clarification.
- 24-Hour SLA Timeline: Employers may be requested to provide supporting information within a reasonable review period. Failure to cooperate with an investigation may result in account restrictions or suspension.
- Permanent Lifetime Ban: Where ITIJobSearch determines that fraudulent activity has occurred, the employer account may be suspended, restricted, or permanently removed from the platform. In serious cases, information may be preserved for legal or regulatory purposes where required by applicable law.
3. Reporting False Profiles & Certificate Forgery
Employers may also report candidates who submit forged NCVT trade certificates or represent fake credentials. Where fraudulent documents, forged certificates, or materially misleading information are confirmed, ITIJobSearch may suspend or permanently remove the associated account.
4. Platform Limitation
ITIJobSearch.com operates as an employment discovery and recruitment platform connecting candidates and employers. While reasonable efforts are made to review complaints, verification information, and platform activity, ITIJobSearch cannot guarantee the authenticity, conduct, financial condition, or hiring decisions of third parties. Candidates are encouraged to exercise caution, independently verify opportunities, and avoid sharing sensitive financial information.
5. Candidate Safety Recommendations
Candidates should: • Never pay money for a job opportunity. • Never share OTPs, passwords, or banking credentials. • Verify employer information before joining. • Report suspicious activity immediately. • Use only official platform communication channels whenever possible.
