Refund Policy

Employer Subscription Refund Policy

This policy details the refund terms for employer job posting credits and premium recruiter subscriptions:

  • Credit Purchases: All purchases of recruiter contact credits or job posting slots are final.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only processed if a technical billing issue results in duplicate charging, or if a service outage prevents platform access for more than 48 consecutive hours.
  • Non-Refundable Cases: No refunds are issued if an employer account is suspended for violating user policies (such as posting fraudulent jobs, asking candidates for fees, or entering invalid GST credentials).
