About the Program
NATS is run by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT), Ministry of Education. It bridges the gap between academic education and industry requirements for engineering diploma holders and technical vocational graduates. Apprentices are trained by top public and private sector organizations.
Eligibility Criteria
ITI Diploma holders, vocational certificate holders, and engineering graduates. Must apply within 3 years of passing graduation/diploma.

Register on the NATS Portal, verify documents, and apply for BOAT-approved factory postings.
Benefits Offered
Stipend (shared 50:50 between government and employer), certificate of proficiency, and industrial exposure.
