About the Program
Directorate General of Training (DGT) coordinates merit scholarships for top-performing ITI trainees in Fitter, Electrician, and Machinist trades, providing monthly stipends during their training tenure.
Eligibility Criteria
Trainees scoring top marks in NCVT semester/yearly exams. Minimum attendance: 80%.
Application Process
Recommended by ITI Principal through National Scholarship Portal (NSP).
Benefits Offered
Cash scholarship of ₹1,000 per month for the duration of the ITI course.
